Students will collaborate with global students on case studies that will be expected to solve real-life business challenges for organizations from different industries, depending on the student’s career aspirations. Students will present their final recommendations to company representatives through communication channels that will work best for both parties.
The goal of the projects is to expose our students to the organizational challenges of the 21st century and enhance their skills in dealing with the complexities of managing global organizations as well as deal with cultural diversity issues. Project collaborations will be career-specific and will start in form three when our students are clear about their career choices.
Each student will have a customized and strengths driven skills and career and roadmap that he will follow for the next eight years. This will ensure that each of our graduating students will have adequate tools to be competitive in global job opportunities.
High school internship opportunities provide invaluable practical work experience allowing students to substantiate their career interest. Each student will have internship opportunities starting from form two to ensure that his dream career is truly what he perceives it to be. This will minimize resource wastage from indecisive course choices.
Our students will have opportunity to study Spanish, Mandarin or both languages depending on their interests. We believe that a person who is competent in other languages can bridge the gap between cultures, contribute to international diplomacy, promote world peace, and successfully engage in international trade.
