Working With Us

Our employment practices are designed to help us create the right workplace culture in which all employees feel valued, respected, empowered and inspired.

We hire employees who are passionate about teaching, bold, driven, innovative, and who can effectively contribute individually and in a team environment.

In return, we strive to create an inclusive and engaging working environment that encourages employees to contribute toward helping the school to achieve its strategic objectives. We are dedicated to developing all our employees both teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure that each employee’s dream comes to fruition.

Engaging & Developing our Employees

Our goal is to have every Gifted Minds Boys High School  employee feel engaged with his/her work and colleagues and to ensure that each understands his/her impact on helping the school towards meeting our vision and mission goals. We strongly believe that our employees are motivated when they feel that their contribution makes a positive impact in our students’ lives, which gives them a sense of purpose.

We seek to become the employer of choice for both the teaching and the non-teaching staff, and to attract top candidates. To achieve this objective, we plan to invest significantly in developing the employees at every level from people in their early careers to those in senior management/teaching positions.

We offer our employees a range of learning opportunities and a customized development plan. Each employee is required to provide the management with his/her short, mid-term and long-term career and financial development plans with expected timelines. These plans will be reviewed, discussed and agreed upon by the management and the employees. The employee will authorize the management to take the necessary action to ensure that the employee is on track to achieving his/her personal and career development milestones as agreed.

In addition, we encourage our staff to be involved in challenging projects that could be supported with additional formal training programs, mentoring, coaching, and volunteer opportunities. We are continuously looking for experienced teaching and non-teaching professionals to join our team.
